By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers. By purchasing an item advertised on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions

Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value where a listed product is unavailable. We will inform the customer of the substitution however will not wait for a response as this could delay the order being delivered on the date requested.
Ivy Florist will pay close attention to the design of the item chosen (such as size, style, colour) when making a substitution. We endeavour to use similar shaped flower when at all possible. In regard to a vase, ceramic container, basket , we will substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value.

Cancellations
If you choose to cancel an order we will offer a full refund back to your credit card less a $10 administration fee. Please note we are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as your order will have already been processed.
This applies to order on-line and made in-store.

Deliveries

In the event of the recipient not being present, your order will be left at the address in the safest place possible. If we are unable to deliver due to restricted access to the premises (such as a locked gate or dog) , your order will be returned to the store and will incur a second delivery fee to try again.

Privacy

We do not collect personally identifiable information on our website, such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, without your knowledge. Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (for example, when you contact us via email). We only use such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted.
When you place an order we will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard etc. in order to process your order.

Credit Card Security

All payments are processed via PayPal's secure payments system to ensure high levels of payment security and are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions.
